Text pieces, for Promenade Weekender, Sept 2023
A series of text-based works for walks along and around Weston super Mare’s coastline, to explore the coastal landscape and vast intertidal zone.
A stitched banner welcomes walkers; a triplet of walking phrases are screen-printed using mud from Westons mudflats at low tide; and two wall-mounted propositions for jaunts around the Marine Lake swimming area.
